Delivery

Deliveries are currently to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

For buyers outside of the UK, I am working towards worldwide shipping so please sign-up for the Morley Art newsletter or follow me on Instagram or Facebook for news of when worldwide shipping is available.

Your order will be dispatched in very robust packaging on a tracked service.

Your print will be packaged in an acid-free sleeve and white acid-free tissue paper and a guide sheet with handling, storage and framing recommendations is included.

Prints are usually despatched in 3 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for your delivery from the date of despatch.

Returns

I hope you are absolutely delighted with your purchase and art However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it to me within 14 days of delivery.

I will happily refund the cost of your purchase and refund your delivery charge in full, assuming the item is returned to me unused in its original packaging. Please ensure you provide your full contact details with your returned item and notify me of your intent to return at the email address below.

In all cases please email hello@morley-art.com for return instructions prior to sending your return. The postal address to return to will be supplied following receipt of your return email.

Payment

The Morley Art website is set up to accept payments via PayPal.

PayPal is a major online merchant and you can make a payment without the need for a PayPal account. Your payment can be made using a wide range of credit and debit cards directly on the PayPal website during checkout. Your card payment will be safe and secure using PayPal's world class security.

To make a payment without a PayPal account please click the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' button on the PayPal screen during checkout and enter your payment details when prompted.

Other info

I do not sell my limited edition signed prints anywhere else, either online or offline.

To be sure you are buying an original please purchase via this website only.

If you are buying your print second hand, from someone else, if you get in contact with me I should be able to confirm if the person you are buying it from was the original collector. This will also enable me to update my records of ownership if you have brought an original second hand form the original collector.

Payments are made to my business account THE SEEN. This name will display in your bank details relating to your Morley Art purchase.

In the event of a problem

The reliability of my tracked delivery service is excellent and fortunately I rarely have a lost or damaged order. However, as much as I try to avoid problems occasionally something may go wrong.

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, or arrives damaged please rest assured I will work as a priority to resolve the situation.
